Vinyl decals can be difficult to apply in cold temperatures. During the cold months, try to gently apply some heat using a hairdryer to the desired surface. This enables the adhesive to soften and apply easier. Only needs to be around room temp. Also as usual, your chosen surface MUST be clean from any debris or contaminant's.
